The server is back up again, finally, after near a month of down time. Currently just waiting for the RAID to finish rebuilding.



It was a long and involved process, but it did finally get restored in the end. Now I just need to start looking around to find a media server application that will install on Win Server 2008 x64 Standard, and a ripping program that will let me copy DVDs in some format to harddrive that all my devices can use (computers, PS3, etc). It was my original intention to just make ISOs and use something like Daemon tools, but that would only work on computers. Need to get started making my virtual library now that I have the ability to do so; once I find the programs needed I'll go ahead and start sifting through it. Going to take a while due to how many DVDs I have collected over the years, but its something I've been needing to do.




Quit playing just every online game that I had, which was honestly down to just CO. I don't have the time really, and my interest in CO faded pretty quickly at that unfortunately. For now I'll just stick with playing offline games; atm playing some modified Sins Entrenchment.



Went ahead and replaced the information I took down earlier for contact when I took the server down since its back up now and my internet is more stable.



For the time being, just rewatching/rereading old anime/books to kill time as work continues on as normal. Nothing new, really, I suppose. Ciao, cyas.
